She facilitates ethical leadership and values-driven culture programs as Director of Barasa Consulting Group, and an associate with The Ethics Centre. She also co-leads the Leading With Purpose program for AGSM UNSW @ Business school, and serves on the Corporate Governance Committee of the Australian Institute of Corporate Directors - Corporate Governance Committee.
Through her consultancy Barasa, Dimity accompanies purpose-driven leaders and teams to cultivate inclusive, collaborative, and innovative cultures, by getting clear on their noble purpose, values and principles.

QUALIFICATIONs & INFLUENCES
Dimity’s approach to purpose and values is informed by her doctoral research into Spirituality and Education for Sustainability. Prior to forming Barasa, in 2009 she was involved in an international project to create a values-based indicator framework and transformational learning tool for organisations to measure and improve their values practice. She is a Certified WeValue Facilitator, trained in action research at the Masters level, and in Action Learning post PhD. She has trained as a transformative learning designer with acclaimed Kaospilots. Dimity has over 15 years of experience working with a range of clients across industries including insurance, aged care, banking, finance, energy, social enterprise, food, governance, health, government, and not for profits.
