About Learning Conversation: When is enough, enough?

  • Asia Pacific (online) (map)

Facilitated by Shift Practitoner Cathy Duvel, About Learning Conversations apply Thinking Environment® methodology to bring small groups of peers together to connect online, give and receive support, gain external input and progress their thinking on topics of common interest.

The conversation topic for October is: When is enough, enough?

Many of our coaching clients and collegaues are telling us that they are working longer hours and harder since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Going into overdrive can be a natural response to a crisis and without the usual distractions and boundaries of the office, we can find ourselves overworking, overloaded and overwhelmed. With no end in sight, how do we restore balance and our ability to work in a healthy, effective and sustainable way?

Join Cathy and Ingrid at the next About Learning Conversation to explore:

  • How can we recognise when we are overworking? When is enough, enough?

  • What practices can help us to restore balance?

  • How can we best support hybrid-teams and our colleagues to work sustainably during this time?

This event is for:

About the Thinking Environment®

About Learning Conversations provide an opportunity to experience a Thinking Environment, a powerful process proven to generate authentic connection, idea generation and best quality thinking. Developed by Nancy Kline, the process is based on the following two observations:

  1. The quality of everything we do depends on the quality of the thinking we do first.

  2. The quality of our thinking depends on the way we treat each other while we are thinking.

Cathy Duvel sits on the global Time To Think faculty with Nancy Kline and Ingrid is a local Time To Think collegiate member.
