Sacred Leadership is the highest level of leadership consciousness according to Harvard Professor Robert Keagan who studied the leadership of businesses and organisations for over 40 years.
Shift Practitioner Tjanara Goreng Goreng undertook her PhD at the Australian National University, looking at sacred and transformational leadership theory and then the leaders of Indigenous communities and at western organisational leadership through a transformational, systems and wholistic educational lens of family and governance systems.
During these seven years of research she discovered that the ancient systems of Indigenous culture created systems of governance, family, education and Eldership development that paralleled Professor Keagan’s theories and that Indigenous leadership is a higher level of consciousness. Thus, according to the qualities and traits of Sacred leadership – these First Nations elders were Sacred Leaders.

About this workshop:
Both western and Indigenous knowledge systems will be shared during this introductory session.
In this workshop, Tjanara will teach you to understand the levels of leadership in sacred leadership - the qualities and traits of these and how we utilise mentoring to go up to the highest levels of leadership.
This two hour session will be an introduction to the knowledge of sacred leadership and what it means, how it comes about and how we get there, this event will be followed by other events throughout the year on Steps 2, 3 and 4 so that if you are interested in learning more you can.
Certificates will be provided to individuals and agencies who book and attend. All materials and information will be provided during the workshop. You will also receive an invitation to an individual mentoring session with Tjanara ( additional cost) utilising the Leadership Circle Profile that you may wish to undertake in the future. It will be interactive, engaging and fun.
