Godwin has travelled and worked around the world to discover the essence of transformative leaders who can impact positive change. From these experiences, he has developed a multidimensional approach to leadership development and high performance teaming. 

He is often called upon to work with leaders and organisations who are struggling. Their performance and results are being hampered by non-adaptive strategies, a lack of soft leadership skills, low performing cultures or poor client relationships. He helps them to shift from the old paradigm leadership – that is based on Control, Prediction and Process driven – to the necessary leadership for our current times which requires Relational Leadership, Chaos Leadership and Quantum Leadership.

He achieves these results with a unique methodology that is holistic and adds to standard leadership elements (strategy, structure and process), with an emphasis on leaders being skilled in human factors (self awareness, emotional mastery, resilience) and relational leadership factors (skills for building trust, belonging, respect and safety).

Godwin’s work is infused with a mix of Systemic Change methodologies, Quantum philosophies and Accelerated Change methods.

His proven methodology is called Multidimensional Learning Systems (MLS) and reflects a mix of Organisational Development practices, western scientific principles And quantum paradigms, practices and skills.  It is this holistic approach that leads to sustainable results for leaders and organisations undergoing change, disruption or a search for cutting edge innovation. 

Godwin’s Leadership and Change work has involved transformational projects in countries from USA to Brazil, India to Kenya and Ethiopia.  This journey has led to a necessary development of Relationship Intelligence (RQ) and an attuned Cultural Intelligence (CQ).  He imparts these key leadership competencies to the leaders he is privileged to work with. 

Godwin has a passion for business as a vehicle for raising awareness, empathy, excellence and resilience – this is for leaders as well as their staff (families), clients and communities.  Outside of work he is passionate about family, friends and nature.  He is also an avid musician and a dancer/teacher of various forms of Latin Dance.
