Leonie is passionate about building stronger relationships, bringing people together and creating a better world. Never one for small talk, she supports individuals and teams to have “real conversations” that deepen connection, build trust and inspire inclusivity.
From this deep interest in communication and relationships, along with Leonie’s partner, Craig’s interest in game creation, the board game Compatibility, and the subsequent CCS Cards were born. Leonie has committed to the study and use of the image cards to open up conversations, tap into tacit knowledge and assist in self discovery, coaching and team building. The CCS Cards have since been used in over 70 countries around the world for facilitation, coaching and self-discovery.
Using the CCS Cards along with other creative techniques, Leonie is an energetic facilitator and coach who has engaged with audiences all over the world. She is committed to creating learning experiences that bring people together and compel them to genuinely share and connect.
With a background in education and psychology, and over 20 years of building and delivering programs for managers and leaders, Leonie is skilled at drawing out people's unique strengths, vision and values, to help them grow personally and to contribute to organisational intelligence.

QUALIFICATIONs & INFLUENCES
Leonie is a self confessed self-help junkie and is constantly learning - exploring, reading and listening in the area of human connection, communication and growth. She holds a Bachelor of Education, Diploma of Counselling, Coaching certificate from Robbins-Maddanes training, has studied Psychology and holds a number of licences and certificates in coaching, leadership and culture change. She draws on a number of tools and methodologies including Human Synergistics and Conversational Intelligence.
