Working at the intersection of community building and leadership, Robyn brings vast experience as a business owner, facilitator, coach, mother and community galvaniser to virtual and in-person spaces.
A long-term advocate for adult development and a leader in the movement to humanise work, she has genuine faith in human goodness and the power of the collective. Robyn places particular importance on ushering in deep wisdom and feminine qualities to serve our suffering global culture.
Robyn is Managing Director of Talkpoint, a Director of The Grove Co-op and a budding poet.

Group Facilitation & Community Building: Partnering with organisations committed to equity, to cultivate a culture of inclusion and collaboration. Design and delivery of bespoke initiatives to develop talent, establish internal communities of practise and for systems to be rebalanced through peer support structures.

Robyn is a committed life-long learner who seeks out cutting edge teachers and practical applications. She holds a Certificate in Coaching from the University of Sydney and is intrigued by culture. She is inspired by Indigenous knowledge, Women’s wisdom and deep change theory. Most recently, Robyn trained with Maragert Wheatley as a Warrior for the Human Spirit aspiring to embody the best human qualities of generosity, insight, and compassion.
