A qualified social worker and certified ICAgile professional, Rosemary cut her teeth in the ganglands and prisons of Cape Town where a chance meeting with Nelson Mandela smoothed the way to the new Juvenile Justice system she and her colleagues were fighting for. She learnt in the dark days of Apartheid in South Africa that one can fight for good and can succeed and was caught in the wave of creating a better world.

After 15 years at NICRO, South Africa, including roles as the National Manager of Restorative Justice and the National Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Media, Rosemary immigrated to Australia. She has spent the past 20 years here applying the principles and practices of positive psychology, just-in-time learning, adult education, strength-based coaching and the Agile mindset to coaching, training, facilitating and advising funding agencies, government bodies, business and social entrepreneurship and not for profits in Australia, the UK and South Africa.

Rosemary lives a life of learning through community engagement, through parenting and partnering, and through dance, particularly tango!

TESTIMONIALS

“Rosemary designed, delivered and debated with us around the evolution of our strategic plan for PHIIA – the Private Health Insurers Intermediaries Association. She instinctively understood the depth and level of service we needed and packed it up and brought it to a head with a productive and thought-provoking session with the board. Her insights, experience and good humour gave us the nudges and knowledge to progress our purpose and goals in ways we might never have managed ourselves.”

Christopher Zinn, Director: campaigns and communications at Determined Consumer (former CEO at PHIIA)

At the centre of Rosemary's work is a quiet power, a warm, engaging brilliance, deft insight and a gigantic heart. Able to hold the personal, empathic, transpersonal and political all in the palms of her hands, Rosemary is an authentic leader whose eye never strays from the question, 'how can everyone win?'.”
